About this space

This modern home is tucked at the top of the hill just above town. With panoramic ocean and jungle views – and infinity pool to soak in while enjoying the views. The home has two bedrooms, each with a king bed, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, a loft upstairs with 2 twin beds and wrap around decks. Enjoy your meals at the window bar just outside the kitchen windows. The hill does require a 4×4 vehicle or quad for access. Within 5 minute drive you are in the center of town

The space

Ocean views, modern design, and an infinity pool. What more can you ask for? This property is two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with an upstairs loft that has two twin beds. Mini Splits AC in the loft and both bedrooms. Enjoy the beautiful coastline views through the towering trees. The beach and many restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Some of our favorites include : The Bakery, Drift, Katana, Kooks, Bernie’s Pizza, Anis, Somos, El Patio – but there are so so many good places to eat!

Other things to note

Costa Rica accounts for only 0.03 percent of the earth’s surface- however it contains nearly 6 percent of the world’s biodiversity. Many people travel here to specifically see the wildlife (more than 500,000 species), so please don’t panic if you encounter a few insects or spiders on your visit 🙂
