Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal, ensuring safe and reliable transactions. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the reservation type. Payments made through Stripe accept all major credit and debit cards, while PayPal offers flexible payment options. 

Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent with your booking details. For any special payment arrangements, please contact us before completing your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy follows a strict schedule to balance flexibility for guests with fairness for property owners.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in are fully refundable.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All refunds exclude payment gateway processing fees and service charges. Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or other verified emergencies, guests may request to reschedule their stay instead of canceling. Such cases are reviewed individually and subject to availability.
